WINDHAM (WGME) -- A class action lawsuit against the Maine Correctional Center first filed in May is now growing, with lawyers asking a judge to expand the existing federal case.
A total of 10 women are now coming forward, filing a class action lawsuit against four members of the Department of Corrections, including the commissioner, and a transgender inmate.
