WINDHAM (WGME) -- Three more women have come forward, saying they are suing the Maine Department of Corrections and a transgender prisoner.

They claim the prisoner groped them and made sexual comments repeatedly.

The new lawsuit challenges state policies that allow transgender women to be housed in women's prisons.
